requiere también transformaciones, desde los planes y programas, para que se
correspondan con la Reforma Integral que se va realizando en toda la educación
básica desde el año 2017; así como este estudio planteó como propósito considerar
desde un estudio teórico cuales pudieran ser las alternativas que durante la
presente pandemia de COVID-19 se pudieran emplear para mejorar el desempeño
de los catedráticos de la Escuela Normal Superior, que repercutirá en su
capacitación desde su labor y con ello lograr su desempeño competencial en estos
momentos y mantener a calidad de la educación en la formación de los futuros
docentes. Este análisis de revisión teórica se sustentará en la teoría de las
representaciones sociales, en la parte correspondiente a la psicología social, es una
valiosa herramienta dentro y fuera del ámbito de esta ciencia, porque ofrece un
marco explicativo sobre los comportamientos de las personas ya que no se
circunscribe a las circunstancias particulares de la interacción, sino que trasciende
al contexto cultural y a las estructuras sociales más diversas como, por ejemplo,
las estructuras de poder y de subordinación que se pueden generar en cualquier
sociedad.

ABSTRACT
Education in Mexico is currently going through profound transformations in both
basic and normal education, a situation that aims to improve the entire educational
system and in a very particular way in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. that
has plagued us since 2019, with a view to improving the comprehensive quality of
education, regardless of the variant that is developed to continue offering quality
education to all citizens. The subject that concerns us in this research, which can
be considered as a bibliographic or documentary review, is directly related to the
above, since in normal education transformations are also required, from the plans
