Physical exercise to motivate sports practice in students with physical motor disabilities is a topic of great importance and topicality, because through it it seeks to promote the inclusion, well-being and comprehensive development of this population. That is why the objective is to propose an exercise program to motivate sports practice in students with physical motor disabilities, in the High School of the “Melvin Jones” Educational Unit. The situation that led to this objective is the low participation of students with this disability in joining sports practices at the institution. A Boccia test was applied as a diagnosis to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the student in his extremities, where it was evident that the student has greater mobility on the right side of his body and less mobility on the left, but shows great skill in handling of the wheelchair. As well as an interview with the teacher where it was determined that the student has little motivation to play sports. The selected sample consisted of a student with a physical motor disability who travels in a wheelchair and a physical education teacher. It was concluded that there are shortcomings in the motivation that stimulates the learner to participate in sports. Therefore, an exercise program was designed and applied, which states that it was effective because the student was actively involved in each of the activities and showed positive attitudes towards sports practice.
