Abstract

In today's world, educating makes us live in a permanent state of new aspirations. The accelerated progress of society imposes new challenges to early childhood educators, where constant improvement must prevail as a first order, so that they are updated regarding, among other issues, the attention to diversity. The article presents, from the bibliographic analysis, a reflection about some elements related to the attention to diversity in Early Childhood, following as a fundamental axis the value assigned to the improvement of professionals on the subject, with a deep knowledge of individuality and the attention to individual differences. The pedagogical activities proposed are aimed at raising the quality of the educational process, considering the stimulation of children's development based on their potentialities and needs.
