Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.

Submissions will be evaluated within a period of no more than 6 months from receipt. If after that time, the author has not received a response (whether favorable or negative), they may send it to another journal, but not before notifying the Editor so that they can remove it from the list of manuscripts in process.
