Abstract

The Organization of the United Nations in the 2015 made an universal call and it enunciated the Objectives for the Sustainable Development related with the survival of the species where it is summoned to the active participation of all the sectors of the society. The development of actions is stimulated that they reduce the inequities, the poverty, improve the access to the sure water, and among other objectives. Infirmary was called to carry out a protagonist list inside the assistance, academic and investigative spaces in spite of the difficult situation that crosses the world that he/she believes the bases for the reduction of its budgets, the wages and the services of health when one needs that the governments and the sanitary directive center its attention in the integral care of people and the satisfaction of their basic necessities. The Infirmary has a special bond with the society, he/she is an exchange broker that improves indicators of health, although its work is not socially grateful a vision center doctor of the attention prevails in health. The politicking of the processes in health has reduced the possibility of taking of its directive decisions and limited its participation in matters of its competition.
