Virtual teacher with a radio announcer style applied to high school education

The research conducted aims to analyze the role of the virtual teacher with a radio announcer style applied to high school physics education at the Marist Private Educational Unit in the city of Quito. It involves developing a teaching style based on radio broadcasting techniques, with a focus on clarity and the ability to maintain students' interest in classes. As a precedent for this methodology, it is used in conferences and master lectures where the professor employs a radio announcer-style presentation to capture the audience's attention and communicate information clearly and effectively. The inadequate methodology used in the Marist Private Educational Unit, along with the lack of direct interaction and real-time feedback, can limit assessment and individualized support. To address this issue, interactive pedagogical strategies were implemented for 129 high school third-grade students at the Marist Private Educational Unit. These strategies aim to encourage active student participation through collaborative activities and personalized feedback, with the goal of balancing the broadcasting style with the effective delivery of educational content. Continuous training and the exchange of best practices help teachers refine their radio announcer-style in virtual education. The methodology for a virtual teacher with a radio announcer style entails designing engaging and clear content that promotes active participation, ultimately allowing teachers to evaluate information retention and participation in classes.
