Training of human talent and productivity: A literary review

The present article aimns to publicize the importance of human talent training in the productivity of a company, through bibliographic research in order to describe the incidence of human talent training with the productivity of a company, and thus to understand and describe the importance of this department in the performance and success of a company. Also emphasizing the skills that an employee must have to achieve a successful and efficient performance in any job that is requested, making the company optimize resources and generate greater productivity. The methodology was based on the bibliographic search with specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, in electronic journals from different recognized databases and research theses following the recommendations of the PRISMA standard. 30 articles were extracted from which 11 were selected for the review.
