The role of the tics in the reduction of the gap for the access to the health

Abstract

The Technologies of the Information and the Communications (TICs) are a wide range of services, applications, and technologies, which use diverse types of equipments and of IT programs, and that often are transmitted across the networks of telecommunications; and whose principal foundation takes root in strengthening and stimulating the economic and social development of a country. One of the principal aims of the implementation of the TIC in the sector health takes root in the improvement to the access to the services of health, the quality and opportunity of the attention, the efficiency in the Management of the networks health, as well as the achievement of improvements in the availability and opportunity of the information for the capture of decisions, besides the training of the human resource and the institutional management.
