Abstract

The rescue of a late necropolis in the northwest sector of the urban perimeter of Guayaquil, has us allowed to know the persistence and recurrence of several burial systems, in force for centuries in these Aboriginal societies. Their belongings who accompanied a large part of the Chono (Milagro - Quevedo) people buried in this necropolis; show that there was no marked social differentiation in this sector of the lower basin of the Guayas river.
