E-government in the management of public administration

The main objective of this research was to identify studies on electronic government in public administration. its implementation, analysis and evaluation. It is a descriptive, non-experimental study, based on a review of the scientific literature. As a data collection instrument, a template of metadata records for each article was used, where objectives, theoretical framework, methodology, results and conclusions were highlighted, which allowed a study of the art of electronic government in public administration. The results of the study indicate that 28 tools were identified for the evaluation of electronic government for public administration, where eGovqual, Servqual, Blockchain and electronic government service satisfaction survey techniques stand out. The study concludes that there are fully functioning tools for evaluation and implementation, the results of which are interesting experiences for developing countries.
