Policy for Thematic Dossiers and Special Issues
The ReHuSo Journal may publish thematic dossiers or special issues dedicated to specific research areas previously approved by the Editorial Committee.
Organizing a thematic dossier will require issuing a public, open, and transparent call for papers, designed to guarantee equal opportunities for all researchers interested in the proposed topic.
Guest coordinators or editors may collaborate in promoting the dossier, identifying reviewers, and providing general thematic guidance; however, editorial decisions regarding acceptance, rejection, or requests for modifications will be the sole responsibility of the journal's Editorial Board.
All manuscripts received for a thematic dossier will be subject to the same editorial procedures applied to regular submissions, including preliminary editorial review, external peer review, similarity checks, ethical verification, and compliance with current editorial guidelines.
Acceptance of papers at conferences, seminars, scientific meetings, or other academic events does not substitute for or replace the editorial evaluation process required for publication in ReHuSo. Authors are responsible for addressing any comments arising from the evaluation and editorial review processes before a final decision can be made regarding the publication of their work.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any thematic dossier when situations arise that compromise scientific quality, academic integrity, editorial independence, or compliance with the journal's ethical policies.

Editorial Process Duration
The management of a thematic dossier is estimated to take between six and nine months, considering the stages of call for papers, manuscript reception, preliminary editorial evaluation, external peer review, correction of comments, editorial decision, copyediting, layout, and publication.
Conflicts of Interest
Thematic dossier coordinators must declare any conflicts of interest with authors, reviewers, or institutions involved in the received manuscripts.
Editorial Independence
No coordinator, guest editor, organizer of academic events, sponsoring institution, or external entity may influence editorial decisions regarding the acceptance, rejection, or modification of manuscripts. The final decision will rest exclusively with the Editorial Management and the Editorial Committee of ReHuSo.
