Dirección estratégica y resiliencia organizacional frente a entorno empresariales adversos

Las organizaciones contemporáneas enfrentan entorno caracterizados por la volatilidad, incertidumbre y disrupciones estructurales, lo que desafía su capacidad de adaptación y sostenibilidad. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar y conceptualizar los fundamentos de la dirección estratégica en condiciones adversas. Metodológicamente se emplea un diseño cualitativo de tipo exploratorio – descriptivo, basado en una revisión integradora y sistemática de literatura científica, complementada con un análisis de casos internacionales relevantes.
Los resultados permiten proponer un marco conceptual integrador sustentado en cuatro pilares interrelacionados: capacidades dinámicas, innovación, resiliencia organizacional y estrategias adaptivas. Se evidencia que la efectividad estratégica en contextos adversos depende de la articulación sistémica de estas capacidades, lo que facilita la mitigación de crisis y la generación de aprendizaje de valor sostenible.
Se concluye que la resiliencia constituye la capacidad estratégica transversal, mientras el liderazgo adaptativo, la innovación flexible y la planificación de escenarios son mecanismos imprescindibles para fortalecer la respuesta organizacional. Se recomienda desarrollar estudios empíricos que validen el modelo propuesto en diversos contextos.
