For certain vulnerable groups of the population, has been difficult and at times almost impossible have access to virtual education, the socioeconomic differences have increased the digital gap, that has caused the lack of developing on this matter. This investigation will help to discover how digital illiteracy widens the digital bridge in the fiscal year for the education sector of Manta post-COVID from the 2021-2022 period. Recently there was a study made, a descriptive documentary, utilizing a synthesis analysis method and deductive-inductive method that helped to build the revision of the scientific literature. This study demonstrates that even after all the efforts done by MINEDUC to reduce the digital bridge, even though they were able to give 97% internet access to all the educational institutions, they were short with respect to the endowment of technical equipment that only cover 2% of the student population from the city of Manta. They need to improve a major economic assignment for the education sector, focus on spacious rooms and donations of technological equipment, specially an effective capacitation for the teachers.
