Training for the technical professional overcoming of teachers of the electrical range

Abstract

The development achieved in the process of technical professional improvement in the province of Artemisa, demands the search for ways of overcoming that allow the university graduate to stay updated with new advances in science and technology. In this sense, training is proposed for the technical professional improvement of the teachers of the electrical branch of the polytechnic institutes in the context of the labor entity in correspondence with the current requirements of technical and professional education. From a materialistic dialectical approach, different theoretical and empirical methods were used, which allowed the design and elaboration of the training, which is specific in updating, complementing and reorienting the professional technical content of the electric branch in the context of the labor, scientific and technical development. With the implementation of the trainings, changes were made in the teachers of the electric branch of the polytechnic institutes, which was verified through the observation with direct perception of the development of the trainings in the "Máximo Gómez" Thermoelectric Plant and the description of the results obtained confirming this.
