A fieldwork has been carried out, through surveys of university students between 20 and 40 years of age and 10 teachers from  the State University of Guayaquil, who give their opinion on the advantages of an inclusive university education. In the psychological part the inclusion is a fundamental element that favors the development of the emotional intelligence of the interested parties in an educational institution, for that reason; It is vital that cultural diversity  be  understood  as part  of  social  psychology  and  the  management  of  these  realities,  be  addressed  from  the  world  of  inclusive  education.  In Ecuador, statuses reach classrooms at all levels, both academic and student levels, but are maintained among young parents, and for this, educational managers need to know ways to strategically include these groups to support and include them without diminishing the demands that Demands university life. There is also a sustainable creation of kindergarten so that the children of the students who come on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are benefited also;  the  guidelines  are  given  so  that  the enrollment  is  by  subject  and  not  per  year  as  being  given  the  opportunity  to  graduate  up  to  10  years  with scholarship programs and scholarship reimbursement.
