Abstract

The main objective of this work is to design an educational training program for workers in the non - state sector of the municipality of San José de las Lajas, in terms of Labor Relations. The author offers a first approach to the theoretical foundations of Labor Relations, as well as the experience of the concept in the Cuban field, as well as the need for study in the current Cuban reality, due to the opening of the non - state sector. Previously, a diagnosis was made in the community of workers in the non - state sector to determine the strengths and weaknesses regarding the issue addressed and the real need of the organization. It expose s the problematic situation that the community selected in this issue lives fundamentally. Next, the author designs the educational training program and provides the methodological guidelines for its implementation. In conclusion, it is stated that this ed ucational program can contribute to the construction of a socially just community and achieve the cooperation, integration, participation of its members in the pursuit of sustainable development.
