Social practice, humanistic management and values of a profession in development

Abstract

The social practice is any coherent and complex form of cooperative, socially established human activity containing standards of excellence, obedience to the rules and conduct of internal assets. These are the desire of practitioners to achieve excellence, not on the individual, but in the practice itself, which benefits all participants with the credibility, social recognition and expansion of human potential. They have a deep sense of humanity, since they occur in the middle of interpersonal relationships and the quest for human survival. They are included in the cultural and historical process of interactions between humans and the natural world with intentional and things. In this context, understanding the infirmary as social practice means exceeding its tecnico - operativas dimensions from the direct application of biotechnological knowledge and see it as one of the many practices of the society, with which shares the responsibility for health.
