The information technology and communication (TICs ) are a set of tools that allow the progress of the various institutions, companies, Governments and all kinds of organizations. As globalization progresses, this tool allows the transformation of information effectively, and having such information available both in time and in a specific and help make decisions of great importance. Itself, technology part valuable to organizations, employees and people in general. In this text will highlight the use of ICTs as a strategic business communication tool. This will leave the base that encompasses most of the concept of being mere instr uments, but rather constitute an achievement of the interaction generated by the people through the correct structuring of the information. Hence its importance and value to businesses and organizations.Downloads
