Abstract
There is an optimal scenario to assess the Organic Law on Human Mobility in the context of the pandemic and post-pandemic period. This normative body entered into force nearly five years ago. Its implementation has been affected by a legislative reform without prior evaluation and by administrative decisions that affect human rights of this population. Both elements have contributed to a series of violations of the rights of people in human mobility that are identified as the deprivation of rights of this population. The review these pages offer aims to seek a necessary ex post evaluation of the norm in question.
