Telefonía VoIP como herramienta de apoyo a la toma de decisiones en el entorno empresarial

Abstract

El presente  trabajo ayuda  de manera  facil e intuitiva, a comprender  la estructura de la telefonía VoIP  y como su empleo  en el entorno  empresarial, en gran  medida,  solventa problemas  con el flujo de la información que tiene la alta  dirección de disimiles entidades y mediante llamadas  telefonicas  facilitar  la toma  de decisiones  y disminuir  costos.  Se ejemplifica su aplicacion a través de los resultados tecnológicos y económicos obtenidos en la empresa  SERTOD.
