The effective interaction of humans with machines is an important aspect in the development and improvement of software tools. Currently, the use of electronic devices in the daily activities performed by humans is increasing. These tools must not only be safe, useful and effective, but also emphasize usability and user experience. This paper presents a comparative analysis of existing web tools for user training. In addition, from the point of view of human-computer interaction (HCI), two training tools are studied, CiET and Coursera, determining the HCI principles that will be the evaluation indicators with the aim of improving the software tools and especially those designed for training in emergency management.
