Originality and peer evaluation
Manuscripts received and approved for evaluation will be previously subjected to anti-plagiarism detection through Compilatio software (or other subsequent software that improves plagiarism detection), then the manuscript will be evaluated by peer arbitration. Evaluators will be used, preferably external to the entity or institution to which the author(s) of the manuscript belong. The editor will make a decision once he or she has at least 2 reviews of the manuscript.
