About the Journal

La Técnica: Revista de las Agrociencias is a vehicle of scientific diffusion of the Universidad Técnica de Manabí (Portoviejo, Ecuador), specialized in Agricultural Sciences. It publishes biannually research on agriculture, forestry and fisheries as defined for the areas and sub-areas of knowledge proposed by UNESCO, as well as works from agro-industry, animal production and health, life sciences, environmental protection and other disciplines that contribute original information to the knowledge of the agri-sciences. It is addressed to the scientific community interested in the knowledge and reflection of the processes that determine agriculture mainly in the neotropics and aims to become a reference for the dissemination research of the agricultural sciences in Ecuador.
