Legal post-truth, lawfare and new dimensions of the right to the truth

Based on the contributions of legal cognocitivism and guarantee mouvement, the new dimensions of the right to the truth will be analyzed in the context of phenomena such as Lawfare and Post-truth in our Latin American region. To do this, after a brief analysis of the two aforementioned phenomena, will discuss the legal truth and its scope within the current debates on memory, truth and justice, contributing to the discussion on the need to reform in view of a democratic society that guarantees the non-repetition of Lawfare, avoiding the arbitrariness of the judiciary.
