The methodological plurality of legal research and the dimensional orientation of its typologies.

This theoretical reflection article analyzes the methodological plurality of legal research
and the dimensional orientation of its typologies. With the use of a methodology with a qualitative approach aimed at the description, understanding and justification of the typologies, assuming methodological plurality as a holistic perspective of legal research. The results highlight that methodological plurality facilitates a more holistic understanding of law in relation to the typologies of legal research and its orientation based on normative, evaluative and axiological dimensions, offering diverse perspectives that significantly improve its multidimensional analysis. Which allowed us to conclude that assuming methodological plurality as a holistic perspective of legal research provides a more effective approach to the current challenges of legal knowledge, having as a guiding perspective the methodological purification and systematization of investigative practices in the legal sciences.
