The vertiginous advance of science and technology belong with radical changes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic have motivated unconventional educational processes and the creation of non-traditional study materials. This work allowed the design and development of a virtual laboratory where the students can simulate the interaction with 3D components for the Assembly of a CPU (Central Process Unit). To determine the most appropriate process for assembling computers, several experts in the computer assembly area were consulted, to establish the logical sequence that guarantees a correct assembly. After that, the Blender tool was used for the design of the 3D objects, while the animation and interaction were programmed in the Unity graphics engine. The methodology used was basically of Marva, 2014, which promotes the development of virtual worlds oriented to education. In the testing phase to validate the functionality and performance of the simulator, it was necessary to work with the experts who supported the preliminary analysis. As a result, an innovative learning application was obtained that allows the user to enhance interest, improve enthusiasm in the acquisition of knowledge about the physical and technical characteristics of the internal components of the CPU for the assembly of computers in a virtual environment.
