The Informática y Sistemas Journal (IyS) is a semi-annual electronic publication of a scientific nature, with ISSN 2550-6730 (Electronic Version), published by the Technical University of Manabí, oriented to the socialization of research results, through novel articles and high scientific rigor, in the areas associated with information and communication technologies. IyS presents calls for the publication of articles (Call for papers) in English. The articles received will follow a double blind peer review process, guaranteeing the publication of two issues per year. Starting October 1, 2026, the journal Informática y Sistemas begins its transition to English as the primary language of publication. This decision reflects our commitment to expand the scientific reach and international visibility of our work.
