Usabilidad y accesibilidad en sitios web de los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados Municipales en la provincia de Manabí

Websites have become a necessary tool to obtain information, carry out some type of management and among other things. This inquiry reveals the usability and accessibility of the public interest websites of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Governments, using the usability standards and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 with a level of compliance. To carry out the study and analysis of the websites, the automatic TAW online tool was used, on the content structure of HTML and CSS and laboratory technologies based on the usability and accessibility standards determined for web pages of this type. From the study, it was possible to obtain the results that made it possible to determine whether these web pages comply with accessibility standards and whether they are robust to be used by different types of users without any exception.
