Interoperability Protocols
At PSIDIAL: Psicología y Diálogo de Saberes, we take the interoperability of our content very seriously. Thanks to this, other distribution systems, such as digital repositories and harvesters, can collect our articles and make them available to a wider audience.
To achieve this, we have incorporated the OAI-PMH (Open Archive Initiative-Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) protocol into our OJS (Open Journals System 3.2.1.4) platform. This protocol allows distribution systems to request metadata of PSIDIAL articles in various formats, facilitating their integration into different platforms and search systems.
Our metadata includes crucial information about each article, such as the title, author, abstract, keywords, publication date, DOI, and more. This data is essential for distribution systems to efficiently identify, index, and retrieve our articles. The interoperability of our content is key to ensuring that our articles reach a broader audience and have a greater impact.
Protocol: OAI-PMH Version 2.0
Metadata Formats: Dublin Core, Marcxml, oai_dc
